Reiki boosts our natural ability to heal ourselves or our pets by realigning misplaced energies, emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

If one’s life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get ill or feel stressed. If it is high, we are more likely to be happy and healthy.

The word Reiki combines two Japanese words – Rei, meaning ‘God’s wisdom' or 'The Higher Power’, and Ki, which is ‘Life Force energy’. So, Reiki is actually ‘spiritually guided life force energy’.

If you wish, your 1-hour session can be combined with sound healing, head/hand/foot massage, crystals, and/or a short card reading.

Sound Healing

Healing is promoted by sound vibrations produced by tubular bells attuned to specific healing frequencies.

The pipes are not based on a musical scale but on accurate mathematical formulae of the planetary cycles of the solar system correlating with our chakra system.

The repetitive pulsing sound waves harmonise with the various chakras (the energy centres in our body through which life-force flows), energising, rebalancing and realigning them.

Combined with traditional Reiki, this is a popular choice.
