Indian Head Massage grew out of the Ayurvedic medical system and has been widely practised for around a thousand years. The massage nowadays focuses on the head, neck, shoulders and arms. Since tension tends to accumulate in these areas, this treatment can be very effective. 

Allow yourself to be transported to a place of comfort, relaxation and tranquillity. By calming the nerves and relaxing the muscles, your session will encourage deep abdominal breathing and benefit your whole body. It will help to reduce muscle tension and eyestrain, relieve headaches and areas of soreness, and enhance flexibility, blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Furthermore, improved circulation through the scalp will promote strong and healthy hair growth — effects that can potentially be compounded when special oils are applied to the hair (optional).

Hand and Foot Massage

You will receive a comforting, relaxing massage, giving the benefits of pain relief, neuropathy repair, improved blood circulation, deep sleep, upliftment of mood and relief from depression, and an improvement in muscle function in the hands and feet. 

The hand is one of the most sensitive and repetitively strained areas of the body. This massage is designed to unlock the tension that accumulates during everyday life. The forearm is also cared for.

It is widely known that foot massage can relax and benefit the whole body. A variety of techniques are used in my massage which includes stimulation of the marma points of Ayurveda, and the acupressure points of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
